Assurex is a digital engineering agency founded in 2019 and headquartered in London. It is a Sitecore Platinum Partner with four specializations: Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, OrderCloud, and CDP & Personalize. It also has offices in Dubai, Gurugram (India) and Delaware (USA).

What does Sitecore Platinum Partner mean?

Platinum is Sitecore's highest partner tier. Sitecore awards it to partners with proven delivery success, certified experts and a track record of customer outcomes. Assurex holds Platinum status in both the UK and the Middle East.

Assurex was founded and is led by Saurabh Sachdeva, Founder and CEO. He is a multiple-time Sitecore Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and writes regularly on composable platforms, agentic commerce and generative engine optimisation.

What services does Assurex provide?

We cover enterprise content management (Assure.Content), digital commerce (Assure.Commerce), personalisation and CDP (Assure.Experience), security assessments (Assure.Secure) and DevOps (Assure.Ops). We work across Sitecore, composable and SaaS platforms.

Which industries does Assurex work in?

Assurex works across banking and financial services, government and ports, education, hospitality, motoring services, manufacturing, aviation, food and restaurants, and healthcare. These are typically organisations running large, regulated or high-traffic digital estates.

Which companies has Assurex worked with?

Our clients include The AA, AD Ports Group, DIFC, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, GEMS Education, Jumeirah, KPMG, Synlab, VFS Global, Crown Paints, Brother, Hempel, Jazeera Airways and Americana Restaurants.

How long does a Sitecore XP to SitecoreAI migration take?

It depends on the size of the estate, the number of integrations and how much is rebuilt rather than moved. As a reference point, we migrated The AA's estate of 2,000+ pages and 115,000+ Sitecore items in under nine months, with the first release live in under five weeks and zero downtime.

Should we stay on Sitecore XP or move to SitecoreAI?

It depends on your roadmap. Moving to SitecoreAI suits organisations that want SaaS updates, faster releases and AI-assisted content and personalisation. Staying on XP for now can make sense if you rely heavily on XP-only features or have a major platform decision coming soon. We give an honest recommendation either way, starting with a review of your current estate.

How does Assurex handle security and compliance?

Security is built into delivery rather than added at the end. Every release goes through security validation, and our Assure.Secure team runs independent assessments of web applications, APIs and infrastructure. For governance, risk and compliance, our Netras practice helps organisations manage their wider security posture.

Is Assurex an independent company?

Yes. Assurex has been fully bootstrapped and profitable since it was founded in 2019. It has no outside investors, so client relationships and delivery quality come first.

How quickly will Assurex respond to my enquiry?

We'll arrange a call in your time zone within two working days. With offices in London, Dubai, Gurugram (Delhi NCR) and Delaware, a senior consultant is available across UK, Middle East, Indian and US business hours.

What happens after I submit the form?

We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, current platform and constraints. You then get an honest platform recommendation, plus a cost range and timeline, before anyone signs anything.

Do you only recommend Sitecore?

No. Assurex is a Sitecore Platinum Partner, but we also work with Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, commercetools, Optimizely, BigCommerce and DynamicWeb. We recommend the platform that fits your needs, even when it isn't Sitecore.

Can Assurex migrate us from Sitecore XP to SitecoreAI?

Yes. We moved The AA from Sitecore XP 9.3 to SitecoreAI in under nine months, across TheAA.com, Beam and the mobile app. There was zero downtime and no production incidents. Read the case study .

Can you take over or rescue an existing Sitecore project?

Yes. Our Assure.Rescue service starts with a 360-degree review of your solution, covering code, architecture, infrastructure and security. We then give you a clear plan to stabilise and improve it.

Do you offer ongoing managed support?

Yes. We provide managed support and continuous improvement for Sitecore and composable platforms, with follow-the-sun cover from our four offices.

I'm an existing client. How do I get support?

Email support@assurex.co and the request will be routed to your delivery team.
