Assign Account Admin

Select users to be the account administrators.

Create new departments associated with the account

Configure department codes

Setup the unique codes associated with the department and the users can use this code to register on the storefront and will be associated with those departments.

Domain whitelisting

Only allow users from specific domains and department codes to register for an account.

Customer Departments

Configure products

Configure the products to be sold to a particular department. That is select a custom catalog or individual products

Configure discounts

Specify the discounts for a department using the OOB engine or integrate with external quote service.

Specify credit limits

Option to specify credit limit per currency at the department level and block order above the limit. This will override the credit limit specified at the company/account level.

Set Cart limits

Set cart limit per account and restrict check-out specific cart quantities. This will override the cart limit specified at the company/account level.

Manage invoices

Invoice information is automatically created when an order is placed. Option to manually update the payment status of an invoice. This will also update the credit limit of that department.

Manage Quotes

View and Respond to quote requests. Provide feature to negotiate quotes and auto-logs all the communication with the customers.

Set-up PO number

Set-up PO information for a department. Department users can use this PO number to place an order
